I stayed here for a quick trip to visit the Chula Vista Bayfront Park and was looking for something budget-friendly. The small bungalow setup provided nice privacy and kept us away from any noise from other guests. It was clean and served its purpose just fine, which is all I needed for a short visit. If you're just looking for a place to crash after a day of exploring, it does the job without breaking the bank.

The foul odor upon entering was unpleasant!!! Room sizing could be improved for better comfort!!! Surrounding area lacks charm and security!!!

the small double room was so cramped and smelly, an absolute dissapointment for my refined taste. the staff's rudeness when I pointed out the overpriced rate was unforgivable. I suppose a complimentary snack woudl ve been too much to ask. almost thought about giving a good review, but just couldn’t after that!

Had an awesome time with friends during our stay! We checked out nearby attractions and loved the comfy rooms and friendly staff. The reliable Wi-Fi made it easy to plan our outings. If you're looking for budget-friendly accommodations without high expectations, it's a solid choice for a group. Definitely bring your own snacks though!
One of my friends found some ants in their room, which was a bit disappointing. We didn’t let it ruin our fun, but it's something to be prepared for.

Good for a Quick Stop
Spent one night in a Small Double Room. The staff's friendliness stood out during my stay, helping me check in quickly. Expect basic accommodations, but it's great value for those on a budget. Bring your own snacks, as dining options nearby are limited.

affordable stay with room for improvement
The staff was friendly and helpful during my visit. I appreciated the reliable Wi-Fi, which made it convenient for my needs. The location was easily accessible and close to local attractions, allowing for a simple exploration after check-in.
However, the stale smell upon entering the room was very off-putting.

The room was pretty small and smelled stale right when I walked in. Really disappointing. The bedspread looked old and I didn’t want to touch it. Also, the area felt a bit sketchy and the noise from outside was annoying. On the plus side, it was cheap, which is why I chose it. Just wasn't the clean or cozy vibe I expected.
